Born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Monserrat moved to California at the age of sixteen to pursue a career in the world of entertainment. Monse later moved back to her hometown of Tegucigalpa to work as a producer and host for the nationally-acclaimed talk show Entre Mujeres and the signing competition, Escalera al Triunfo. She now brings her talents to Miami for launch of National Latino Broadcasting as a host and producer for En Vivo.

Carlos Rodriguez known as “Cafa” acquired experience as a sports anchor both in radio and television in his native Cuba. He provides listeners of Tu Manana Live with his sports segment titled El Despelote and offbeat commentary.
Colombian transplant Kike Posada has been in the entertainment and media realms, keeping his eye on the Latin music and his finger on the pulse of what's hot. His Latin rock radio show and magazine, BOOM, pioneered the movement in Miami. Posada has been hosting the Latin GRAMMY live pre-telecast and green carpet for the awards show since 2009 and has been producing content ever since for their website. Posada is now hosting the first ever radio show for the Latin Recording Academy, Latin GRAMMY En Vivo.
DJ Nino’s style set the trend for the South Beach nightlife circuit. He has served as the official DJ for Univision TV’s Caliente and was DJ and announcer for Premios Juventud: Noche de Estrellas. He has played in destinations such as Monaco and Ibiza, and collaborated with major brands like the NBA.

Beginning his career in 1992 in the Media Relations department at RMM Records in New York, Omer later segued to become the exclusive manager for legendary Celia Cruz in 1998. In 2002, he also founded The Celia Cruz Foundation, an organization providing scholarships for children.
Tomas Cookman is the president/owner of Cookman International, a company that specializes in expanding the reach of Latin music and culture. The New York-born and now Los Angeles-based entrepreneur first established himself as an artist manager, and is the head of Nacional Records.
Raul Torres aka Raul RocDaHouse was born in New York and Raised in South Florida. Growing up he loved listening to the radio and always had a dream to be a DJ for a station in Miami. His professional radio career started back in 1995 in West Palm Beach, FL. That opportunity opened many doors for Raul and ever since he has been blessed to mix live and work on air at stations in Orlando, Miami, West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, FL, Louisiana, Arizona, California, Long Island, NY and now back in Miami.
